Get My Website Built, operated by Blocka23 LLC, builds and hosts websites for local businesses. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright on a site we host.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act for one, and you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
  • identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Designated agent

Send notices to our designated agent:

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected site owner. Filing a false or bad-faith notice, or a false counter-notice, can carry legal liability, so please only report content you genuinely believe is infringing.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the federal court in Clark County, Nevada). We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or end the service for customers who are repeat infringers.
